Well, they’re not really linguini, they’re whole spaghetti. From the pantry. 🙂 But linguini is for you, to know what to buy next time you go to the store. 😛
It’s a very complicated recipe. :))) Boil pasta al dente, drain and rinse with warm water.
You add olive oil, lemon juice (I put half a lemon in a portion of pasta). Sprinkle a slice of feta cut into cubes (or crushed, that’s perfect) and seeds on top. Gordon suggested pine, I used fried pumpkin seeds.
Very good, but to eat it with some lettuce next to it. Or at least tomatoes. :))))))
