Ep. 50 – marinated chicken with rice

Chicken breast, deboned and peeled, cut into small pieces. In a bowl, mix some soy sauce, honey and grated ginger (salt and pepper to taste). Add the chicken pieces and mix well, then leave them to marinate for about an hour. Fried in a wok or pan, in hot oil (be careful not to burn yourself).

Rice boiled in water, strained, mixed with canned corn and some finely chopped red peppers.

I ate, I didn’t died, it’s ok. :))
