Special ep.: string beans (haricots verts)

String beans, boiled in salted water and rinsed with cold water and set aside. I used a bag of frozen beans, you might find it fresh at the market, in which case you break its tails beforehand, wash it and boil it, to make it edible, but to keep it crispy. 🙂

Bell peppers, red and yellow, if you have them, some red onions, cut into large pieces, sprinkled with olive oil and put in the oven in a pan until lightly softened. Don’t burn them! A large pepper and a small onion for a bag of green string beans.

Boiled beans mixed with vegetables, salt, pepper, a little olive oil.
