Those things came out so dubious (read: disaster) that it’s worth writing about them 😉 (today’s branding lesson: D).
The story is simple. I bought some sheets from the supermarket, made of rice and tapioca, if I remember correctly, to do something with them. That something was the spring rolls, only the sheets are boiled, not fried and look like some kind of edible rubber. :))))
Honestly, I ate a Vietnamese soup over the ocean containing shrimp with vegetables wrapped in a similar kind of dough and it was ok. The one in the picture instead was from the “never ever” category.
